Motorway Rules Question

Saw something in the paper today about an old dude being caught at 147Mph, swears he wasnt doing over 60

jim might have a point about time since passed.... though not about highway code training. I still meet people regularly who have passed recently who think a dual carriageway is a 60 mph limit.

Need to be sure of your understanding of dual carriageway though because there are some which are actually 50 and 60. Usually if there is no central reservation then it is not technically a dual carriageway, even if both sides of the road have 2 lanes.
