Ahh me b*llocks!

What a rip off!! Maybe if it was a bit, no a lot, more powerful, then it'd be worth it, as it looks quite nice

Your all missing the point tho.
Its not about power its about fun and the overall experience. Its got more fun than a civic type r and it attracts far more head turning young ladies, trust me.
Its slow, its expensive, its DIFFERENT, its no eurobox, it handles kinda like a lotus elise, but is has a radio and seats and air con and electric roof and stuff.
I dunno, just something about it. I recon if you like tuned minis, youll feel right at home with it. Not powerful, slow 0-60, but its on rails, and it makes you feel like michael shumacher.
You might all form different oppinions if you drove one. Then again you might not. Just like people hate minis even tho they are so much fun and handle so well.
Exept the smart is very safe, as mentioned above it has a plastic body so you can repair little knocks etc but poppig on a new pannel, plus as its plastic you can have it painted anything you like and change it at will too.
Its not a car for the masses, its a car for the individuals
(and it twitters like colin mcraes skooby ffs!! gotta give it some credit for that!)

I guess when you put it like that...Lol.
I like Minis, I've never driven one but they look fun. So does that. It's just a shame it's not a little bit more powerful.

Just like every other petrol turbo car which doesn't have a dump valve. Even my Clio flutters.Originally posted by Butuz

I hear where you're coming from mate, but I just don't think they're worth the money for what they are.

but these are the 2 important words we are using "twitters" anf "flutters" - yours flutters, the smart twitters, the skooby twitters..... not the same

Err it's the same thing. It's boost rushing back across the turbo blades, and the wastegate opening and closing. It's just louder on mine since I have an induction kit. On a car without, it twitters.
