To the launch of the Renault Modus at Powderham Castle. But don't tell them I'm really only going to in the hope of giving the new Megane Sport 225 a good caning!

I got an invite from Nissan to the launch of the 350Z, couldn't make it though.

Also got an invite to the Primera GT SE launch party, with all the guys from the BTCC team there too. Think it was David Leslie and Yavin (sic) Muller back in '98-'99??

Was a good day, couldn't drive cars myself as was too young, but dad got two laps in the GT road car and one lap in the GT tourning car Apparently the touring car uses same engine as the road going GT, but is tuned to about 320bph @ 10k RPM

The 225 does look a damn fine car, pretty much on par (if not better) than the Focus RS. But yeah, free munchies too

only one I ever got a invite too recently was the BMW z4, June last year.....

I remember going to the Calibra one years ago with my folks, every one was going oo0o0o0o lol, now compared to soem of the stuff its fugly lol

Got the Primera GT invite as my Dad registered interest in it and was one of 250 people picked out of the hat for it.

The 350Z launch was due to me buying a new Micra and Dad owning the GT.
