Don't want to sound dumb, but if you've been driving for 14 years, why are you taking the theory test?

Well if you've done it once and now know what to do, and even not knowing you were just 5 away, surely you'll do it easy next time.

lol my gf took three attempts to pass her theory, questions were fine, just couldnt do the hazard perception part... of course i passed it first time just need to do the practical now tho..

why are you doing the theory test anyhow?

oh and as for tips, just click as soon as there is something which might be a hazard (even if it doesnt become the main hazard.. ie a cyclist or lorry in the road.. kinda stuff which means you *might* have to slowdown...),

I don't get it?! 14 years driving and you have to re-sit the Hazard test?

You just click once per potential hazard, that's it. Points are scored for timing

    HI,
Sorry it was for the bike test not car, should have said that, I didnt understand the instructions I think I only clicked once per clip and twice on the double hazard, so I can
    - Click as many times per clip as I want?
    - I dont get penalised for clicking say 6-7 times per clip?
    - Do you click for hazards like road humps and other road hazards not caused by humans? I assume so
    thanks for the help

I done my car test, and passed first time, this is what I did.

Once I see a hazard which might develop, i click once, wait 0.5 seconds, click again, wait another 0.5 seconds and click again. But dont click more than 9 times in one clip, and dont click too fast between clicks.

Only other advice is go and get the software for your computer - helps a lot to understand where the examiners think you should be clicking, and what they class as a hazard.

Do you click for hazards like road humps and other road hazards not caused by humans? Not that I could make out - It's only hazards that "develop".

I clicked about 6-7 times per clip - just don't make it too often!
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.
