There's no legal requirement to have a cat for MOTs unless your car is one of the new EuroCap (the name slips my mind for the moment) standard cars. It's worth keeping it though just incase you pip the emissions test though.

if u have £4 to spare, get the september Redline mage stu, theres too VT(1 R - 1 S) in there, one is lowered and on 21's! :E

and magnex are quiet but you'd be better off with Piper or Powerflow, and get a K&N instead of green.

Russ, the only reason I would buy redline, is to have the pleasure of wiping my arse with it

As for K&N instead of green, utter tosh... the K&N actually decrease performance on the saxo (presuming your talking about the standard cone filter).... the green is a forced induction kit with ducting the entire width of the rad:

But then again, the green is 3x more to buy than the K&N cone, so should be better

T'is looking like the magnex is gonna be a ball ache to fit as well... appears I may need weldage/new centre pipe due to having a non-standard custom exhaust at mo.

Hmm, should recieve bits 2moro or Tuesday anyway ... fingers crossed eh

Magnex backbox is £130 nick... if I wanna replace the hole lot inc manfold your talking a good couple of hundred more ... probably just stick with the backbox if it sounds ok.

Well backbox is on, eventually, eh pee

Sounds ok, hopefully the induction kit will make it abit meatier up front as well.
