    best keep off the streets for a few weeks/months(/years?) as ive just gone and passed my driving test woo shame i wont have a car to drive about today til my mum gets home this afternoon but still woo, driving

    yeh, well im at uni in sept/october (well fingers crossed for thursday!) so i wont have a car for at least the first year & im using my mums atm so its not too expensive *yet*. thanks guys

    i used my mams car for 3 years.... then jumped in and bought my megane coupe...........

    since i had over 3 years driving experience it brought my insurance premium down quite a bit

    Well Done on passing, I hear it's not that easy these days either, so big up yourself !

    Make sure you tell your mum's insurance that you've passed ! I know someone who learnt that one the hard way ! (she went out in her mums car the day she passed and wrapped it round a tree - car: write off - payment from insurance: £0)
