i'm thinking its an army landrover defender 90
that's my guess anyhow. seen as no one else is guessing
Right ball park, she's even got some ex-MOD bits and bobs on her as the full pic will reveal.... I'll give you a clue in as much as she's tax exempt, which rules out 90's and 110's and are also two of the sweetest words in the English language
Landrover Series 3? Older still?
Older still, but seeing as we're close enough...
It's a 1970 Series IIA, more precisely MY Series IIA and she's a beaut :-)
Oooh lovely Knox, looks like she's in great nick too.
She is indeed, 43 years old and still on the original bulkhead and chassis without even a single weld on the latter!
Knox that's a beautiful machine there... What engine has it got in it? I'm very very jealous!

It's got the old school 2.25 petrol lump under the bonnet with a weber carb (something I've not seen before in the metal) which I suspect may be a recon MOD motor. It purrs in a way the old two and a quarters just have no right to! Don't be too jealous though mate, until a 200tdi conversion finds its way under the bonnet my average mpg would make a grown man weep! ;-)
