problem with heater opel vectra

I have an Opel vectra b 2.0 diesel dti 2000 , I have a problem with heater , she has destroyed 7 fuses 4x 30A and 3x40A .Sometimes works for 10 min sometimes 3 seconds sometimes when I put the key on the car to start it. I have bought New relay but still same problem

Might need a new switch panel, or a new heater motor. Do you have a breakers yard near by?

that sounds like the heater motor is seizing and shorting out as it's not turning.
