They used to sell an Accord Coupe over here, I wouldn't be surprised if they started selling that model.
As for the trucks, it's a lot of metal for the money, but bear in mind that they are completely archaic designs and are badly and cheaply made. I read an article that reckoned that if you crash a minivan (which has to comply to stringent safety standards) you have a 3% chance of sustaining a life-threatening injury. Crash an SUV and that goes up to 20-25%

Minivans are the same size. In fact because they normally dont have the engines sticking out so much they look weaker. But because the design of trucks is so archaic they fair worse. I was very surprised to learn that.
Just remember that they are so cheap because they are legally considered to be trucks and so avoid many safety and emissions regulations.
