    Just a thought - this is going to have the original Daewoo suspension, steering etc. ... which takes the fun out of it slightly (read: alot).

    He does have a few traction issues - was hoping to see it at santa pod last week ( SXOC vs the fiat coupes )

    a set of konis wouldn't be too hard to get hold of though.

    It's more than based on an Astra, it *is* an Astra. When Deawoo launched in the UK in 1995 their model lineup consisted of nothing more than a bunch of rebadged, rehashed tired old Vauxhalls - they'd bought the tooling.

    So the reason it looks like a Mk2 Astra is becuase it is one
