Nothing really different to that on my site in the engine build section.
Only things I have new are a different Dizzy, springs, titanium retainers, pushrods (super sexy - but boring to others im sure!), aluminium front cover, gear drive, alloy rocker covers, overhead switch panel, window net and a set of 'Strange' rear drag shocks....
Ye Gods..... how much have I spent
Most of the chassis bits are down with the car (will update the photos soon, as work will be continuing shortly.... now needs a 'funny car' cage in addition to the existing.... more money - thanks SFI for changing the rules )
Will do some more updated 'engine' pics after Tuesday - hell I might even get a block onto the engine stand!!

Got back a little while a go.....
Good news - only thing that might need changing is the pushrods.
Bad news - the springs I have WILL loose poundage very quickly on the road (bang goes £400!) the set I need is £400 for the springs alone
Very bad news - the spare crank (that could have taken the engine to 7.5 litres) has had a VERY bad grind, I didnt notice as it came boxed and greased, so is only good for scrap
Didnt bring anything back as we identified some more maching that is required, everything should be back in 2 weeks though
    And the heads look gorgeous
All in all, better than expected, apart from the fact that the roller cam/lifters also arent ideal for the road so they will probably need replacing in around 2 years time.....
Give me a bog std solid flat tappet engine any day..... NOT
