    Ford Stereos...?

    Hi,

    our ford stereo 5000 tape player is broken, so we got a ford stereo 3000 from a scrap yard for £20, and used our key in it, but it says we need a code...

    anyone know where i could get one? also, is the code specific to the key thing that comes out or specific to the stereo?

    You will be able to get it reset if you take it in to a Ford dealership, but I dunno how much if anything they will charge you for it.
