    Retro car show....

    Bit dissapointing TBH

Ending up leaving by 2pm. Couple of nice cars there, but overall very poor I thought. Almost zero trade stands, dissapointing number of club stands - Thinking about it, it should have been called the mini and ford show, rather than the retro car show.

Ah well, JAE to look forward to!

were you at the same show?! There were tons more cars than just mini's n fords, our club stand had over 50 cars on it of varying makes alone! - it was a fab day out!

Gorgeous cars + absolute sheds + fast cars and fine company = great day

Also bear in mind this is only the second one, it's still trying to establish itself

Had to give this a miss as we attended a friends wedding saturday (The Vicar was the one that the Vicar of Dibbley was based on..... so you can guess what the service was like!!) so much drink was consumed which resulted in a late night Sat and THE hangover from hell Sunday, didnt feel like driving until 3PM by which time it was too late.
A load of the V8 Org forum had a stand, and enjoyed blasting up the strip again - maybe, just maybe I will have a car that can make it next year......

you know him?! He came up to the start line n everyone was like 'haha that volvos gunna have a crack....*15 seconds later*..excuse me whilst I eat my hat' - we chatted to him bout what he had in there when he came out of the pit area actually, he's now joined retro-rides.com to tell us all about it

Konan - retro-rides.com, we had absolute sheds to absolute minters & even a ferrari, really great mix
