Jonny - the Stig used to be Perry McCarthy, an Ex-F1 driver (if you can call failing to qualify for a couple of races in the early 90s an F1 driver). But the story goes he totalled a car > 100k and so was given the boot for the new stig.

It was a really good laugh last night... had me and my dad in tears!

There were some genius lines in it too... It's the only program I will watch religiously!

Shame it's the end of the series now (last one next week), might have had some more F1 drivers on now there's no races till sept.
