One car, for the rest of your life, no financial constraints, can be absolutely anything past or present. But this one car must be what you drive to work in, what you take the kids to school in, what you have fun in at the weekend, etc.

What would you have? It can be anything from a Micra to a Morgan, a Fiesta to an F40.

I dont take kids to school so it doesnt have to be pratical for me, spose I'd go for something like a Monaro, few subtle mods n go from there, the cars big enuf to lug people around in..

If I had to go more practical I'd prolly go for one of them Mitsi Gallant Estate things

I'd also go for something like the Audi RS6 Avant, hugely fast, yet safe, practical and has such a road presence.

erm.....

My first reaction would be a fully restored Sierra 4x4 TT estate. I find them uniquely comfortable (drove 6 hours stright in mine and could've done it again if I could stay awake) and the 235bhp kit should fair OK on the road. Just a pest for stopping in every Petrol station (the old 12V is the least efficient engine in the world)

But we're talking about the future and possibly carting kids about (though I'll walk the buggers to school if it's close) so the old ford just doesn't cut it in safety features.

Legacy Spec B estate it is. Like the RS6, but I don't find it as comfortable as the legacy.

I'd also consider something like the Audi Allroad as I make the occasional excursion onto farm tracks and get a little fed up with banging the exhaust on things. But I don't want a range rover!
