heh, talking of weird super duper cars, saw an austin maestro in the village with about 400bhp. Silly quick and no way looks likes an austin.

There's a Maestro turbo currently pootling around the UK, which is just about the quickest FF car to 60 -- 1/4 mile atm. Ugly, but nutty engines.

im 99% sure that 6r4 shares the same engine as the jag xj220

not bad for such a small vehicle, think I would definately go for a quattro sport though if I had 30k...

we used to have a maestro turbo tho it was a diesel..

Yeah sorry, was trying to picture the XJ220 at goodwood the other month - sure it said something about the 6r4, was a bit shocked at the time!

Stuff your Metro, i'll have THIS. And yup, twas the 6R4 engine in the XJ220...i think there was plans to turbocharge the 6R4, but if it was for Group B or the planned Group S i can't remember...would of been a monster that...

thought you might see the RS

need to eek a bit more than 300bhp out of it though
