It really annoys me as well and until i mentioned it a few months back it hadnt even annoyed my g/f

I sometimes use them, theres alot of situations where the road is too dark to see but hi beams cant be used.

but if i see another car i turn them off

I added front fog lights to my car as it didn't have them as standard. I think it improves the looks. Of course, I didn't wire them up, since they are of no use, even in real fog.

yeh they do look better.

I was thinking why dont boy racers change the bulbs in the front fogs so they arent as bright! then we wont have a problem with them all blinding us!!!

Tell you what's chuffin annoying as well, people who sit in traffic jams with their foot on the brake, dazzling the driver behind. Made especially bad this time of year with the water droplets on the windscreen. Only really applies at night, but it's extremely irritating to be blinded sat in a queue.

I had my rear-fog light on, last week i didnt know it though, I'd just had my car M.O.T.ed and the garage left it on.

Kept wondering why cars were getting too near the back of my car!

Dont some cars have front fogs that are variable? like sidelights + main beam?

I blame the halogen bulb tbh....
