Are they really promoting you take your eye/mind off the road to update the image on your wheels?
Taxis i've seen in london have a far better advertising method than over priced wheels. They attach a free spinning disk to the hub that has a weight at the bottom so it always stays straight when you are moving. Bonus over this is you can still see it when stuck in traffic. Kind of important in London
