    honed balanced and lighted crank and flywheel,shorter con-rods,toughened bolts throughout,race clutch,schrick race spec big valve head(inlet and exhaust)sodium filled seats,ported polished and flowed(exhaust ports opened up by 8mm!)matched inlet and exhaust manifold,schrick full race split duration cams 288* and 282*,fireblade race can,hand-made system,de-cat,vw motorsport tubular exhaust manifold,schrick vsr(variable inlet manifold)controlled my milford chipstar with multiple switching points,flowed throttle body with ur quattro butterfly,hand-made inlet pipes and filter,magnecor race leads,fully mapped and set up,underdrive pullies,run on quantum semi-synth...i'm sure theres more just can't think of it right now..oh and it revs to 8100rpm now

    I've got a Mk4 V5 , nowhere near as fast as yours though m8 (only 170bhp here!) but does the job for me (and gives a few Beemers a fright occasionally )

    Not at all... impressed more like as that kind of increase on an NA engine is not easy.

    Whats the torque like then ??

    bags and bags of torque from about 1500rpm levelling out at around 250lb/ft at just over 5000rpm,tickover sucks but thats the price you pay..that and a 15mpg average
