As BenW said, the only things really worth paying for in that list are the parking sensors.

The SE sounds the best bet, and se if you can get them to throw in the parking sensors.

Looks like Ill be getting a silver SE version with black leather interior, having a black paint and black leather interior meant that it would have to be made specially in a factory in Japan and would be around November I get it.....too late so me, the current car's internal radiators have packed in, so by Sept/Oct I'll be freezing whilst driving.
The combo of silver paint and black leather interior means that I'll get one in the beginning of Oct, after the new reg year. Apparently the car is a very popular model and all UK suppliers are sold out, my car is currently on a cargo ship somewhere being shipped over to the UK as we speak!
Once it arrives, it'll go into a local Lexus/Toyota dealer, where the front and back parking sensors will be fitted.
