During the weekend I seemed to have a lot of time to kill so i was watching some of the SKY sport channels, found motors tv was doing a series of programs on amateur rallying, these guys had never been over the course before but had been given the guides pace notes, (much more extensive than normal)
Some of the guys obviously took things fairly steady but the one guy who didn't got read the following section....
KEEP RIGHT, RIDGE...
well sadly he didn't and lost the entire left of the car down an enormous pot hole, he somehow miraclously got away with it, but his co-driver came out with the perfect statement of
WHAT PART OF KEEP RIGHT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND,
to the reply came back
We made it didn't we.
It was a pure classic moment, bearing in mind they are still doing at least 70mph down a tiny track.
Something i've never seem in the WRX cars but sometimes i think they need it
