My mate asked me to find some info, he's complaining 170bhp in his mk3 Rover 200 just isn't enough

The Rover 220 Coupe was done in a Turbo version I believe.

theres a turbo mgtf going round somewhere aswell with 500bhp odd, was on top gear i think

That's not a K series, that's a T series engine.

Problem with the T series is that they weigh a lot, which makes the car very nose heavy, which makes them understeer A LOT
