I wanna wash my car but it's to hot :(

Don't you hate it when you really want to get outside and give the car a lubberly good wash and a polish, but it's just to damn hot? I know I do.

By the time you have washed it and rinsed it and then go to use the shammy you have hundreds or water marks from the water drying out in the sun let alone even trying to polish it.

I'll end up doing what I did last time it was hot, washing the car at 10pm and everyone walking past thinks you are a freak

Living and dying laughing and crying
Once you have seen it you will never be the same
Life in the fast lane is just how it seems
Hard and it is heavy dirty and mean

Washing the car in REALLY bright sun does the paint damage in the long term anyway.

be a freak, wash it at 10pm, and have a nicer lookin car in the long run

Just put mine in the shade for 30 mins, then gave it a blummin good wash and spent 2 hours polishing with Zymol.

My car now smells like a coconut and is blinding pedestrians. Just the way we like it.

Car wash? You seen what those things do to your car

(and I don't want to hear "clean it?" comments.... )

Car washes not good for paintwork. It should be caressed gently by hand, No whipped to death by some uncaring machine!

billing? were u at JAE show? as i had a car on show there

I was going to wash my car yesterday but it was just too damn hot! couple of weeks ago, my house mate wanted to use the T Cut and Polish kit i have for his car, i explained to him it was too hot for it. of course he wasn't having any of it, so i asked him to keep his hand on his car for a min, not even 30 sec later he was cursing my name as the car was RED HOT!

on second thoughts i should of just let him do it, see what happens! LOL

its lovely and hot here.... my car has been parked in the shade all day

so ive polished it!!! (note: new boy racer exhaust trim to hide the rusty dirty exhaust, but its the same size as the existing exhaust unlike the fools with corsa's that put a trim on about 10 times the size of the exhaust)

Bought some Zymol stuff. The pic is 3 days after the polishing. It's lasting well.
