    Clio 182

    This is the new Clio Sport from Renault to replace the old Clio 172.

    New suspension, headlights and it now has two centre twin tailpipes!

    .... 0-60 takes 7.1secs .... manufacturers figures... im sure it can do 6.6 tho if u try hard enuff.

    well its a 182. and that means 182Bhp.. as opposed to the 172 with 172Bhp.

    Nah. Renault have never said the 172 had 172bhp or the 182 is going to have 182bhp. Common misconception.

    For a start it's measured in PS, but even then it's not guaranteed. Typical flywheel power of a 172 is about 165bhp. Even the Cups which have bench tested engines rarely hit 172ps let alone 172bhp!

    I know brake horse power. (Why do we still use that?) there must be some better metric or just SI equivilent that would work much better. Mind you people complain at change

    its measure in PS....

    PS (or Pferdestarken), is the metric equivalent of horsepower. To convert from metric to imperial horsepower, divide the PS figure by 1.0139.

    1: They cant lie, its false advertisement
    2: Why would they lie.. they could just name it Clio 162
    3: The Pug206 gets 180Bhp why cant the Clio?
