    Looking to buy a Supra

Looking for Zak's advice really, what do you need to look out for on Mk3 Supra's, looking at the 3.0 or the 3.0 Turbo, preferably manual

EDIT: Just spoken to ya on IRC. As you said... the above pic is a mark4.

This is a mark3 for those that dont know.

My dad's mate had a mk3 before he bought the silver mk4 pictured above. He's also got a Lamborghini Countach. git!

You'll be lucky to find a TT Supra with a manual gearbox, they are pretty rare (loads n loads of autos though)

Before I got the MR2 turbo I looked at loads of Supras, all of which were autos. What a waste

sadly my Knowledge of Supra's in minimal....but I DO know the Turbo was highly considered and respected by AutoCar magazine on launch, and they had the audacity to compare it to a Porsche

Have driven the 3.0 normally aspirated thing.....too slow mate.

    Not what it LOOKS like......

    also consider....Nissan 300Zx

Zak33, the N/A is fast enough, I'm only 19 and its taken some pretty special efforts to get a decent insurance quote (under £800 if anyone wants to know for a N/A one).
Compared to my Honda and my old Fiesta it'll be quick enough
