As the title says, Iplan to Run two Ati 3750x2's will the HX620 be enough?

We don't have those for validation yet but, I would expect the power draw for each card to be in the neighborhood of an 8800 Ultra. With your system spex and 2 cards added, I'd suggest our TX750 PSU. The HX620 will probably run it but, with your spex and the OCed Quad you'd be probably drawing 40a or more on the 12v rail when under a HEAVY load. And, I never recommend running a PSU at 80% (or more) of it's rated capacity. I always suggest aiming for 65% <> of rated output which means the 750.
