I've not heard back yet about the 8 pin cable

I sent an email on the 28th may asking about obtaining an 8 pin cable for my 620HX PSU.

I said in the email that I no longer have the original emailed invoice and sent a screenshot of the order instead and asked if this was ok. I still have the original paper receipt though if that is any good. I've not heard anything back yet, just wondering if I should have done and how long it normally takes.

Is it possible to order the cable from anywhere else if I don't hear back or are 4 pin adaptors ok to use? I want to get a new GFX card soon and need to sort the cable out.

    Thanks for any help.

Please send the email again to: customerservice@corsairmemory.com

Explain your situation and use ONLY the words CABLE REQUEST in the subject line.

Re: I've not heard back yet about the 8 pin cable

Rather than make a new thread, I just like to say thanks I received my PCI-E 8pin cables (two)
If anyone is interested lead time as follows

Wed 4th June sent email containing screenshot of my invoice (I don't receive paper invoices from Ebuyer anymore apparently)
sent to CSGMarketing@corsairmemory.com with subject CORSAIR PSU CABLES

    reply received
Wednesday, 18th June stating cables on the way

    Wednesday, 25th June cables received

One thing I just noticed I didn't actually state what cables I wanted, hehe

1 question, I was expecting a 6+2pin style cable but its a solid single 8pin, no real problem, just wondering
