    sli 570 and tx 750 v1

Hi All, when i bought my second 570 at the end of november i was advised that my tx 750 psu would be sufficent, its about 2 years old. the gf told me that today my pc bsod twice whilst using it,(only on Fb and stuff), and just now whilst playing bf3 it did the same, is my psu up to scratch for this or do i need a higher one?

    i was looking at these

    thanks

A 570 should be pulling approximately 225W at 100% load. Your PSU is plenty of power for 2 of them.

I would suspect a heat issue, a problem with the new card, or possibly a driver related issue.

thanks for that. i know it isn't a heat issue as the top card only reaches 80 degrees max. and the newer card doesn't have any problems as far as im aware of and.has been running great. so could be driver. but i have also been wondering if it could be my ssd with this stupid sandforce problem. although it has been fine since i builtd the system last January

Check the hard drive with HD Tune pro trial (Check the SMART tab), then run Memtest overnight

The problems only started after you added a card so, it is possible that it could be the PSU but I doubt it. You have more than enough power for that rig, even OCed. Pull the new card out and see what happens. If it's stable, put the new card in solo in the primary PCI-e slot and see if it's stable.

Also, see if both of your GPUs have the same video BIOS version. Are they both the same brand of card?
