My hard drives (WD Black) needed replacement under warranty. When I took them out from the hot swap bay I noticed the drive tray rubber grommets had deformed over time and just fell off the tray.
When I contacted Corsair support I was informed that I can't buy those grommets (not sold separately) nor the drive trays because Corsair's store does not ship to my country. And unfortunately that's the only way to obtain spares.
My drive trays are good except for those small rubber/silicone parts that would cost a few $s to replace.
I paid for an expensive case (we pay about 30% more than US retail prices in my country) and a few years down the line, Corsair Support tells me there's no other channel to buy spares. That's a sure shot way to lose goodwill IMHO. If a product is sold in my country I'd expect Corsair to support it with the necessary spare parts via their spare parts store or provide a solution to this issue.
I have purchased multiple products from Corsair including 2 AX1200i PSUs, 3 H100i coolers, 2 Force and Neutron GTX SSDs and 2 cases; the 900D and 800D.
Disappointed to say the least!
