About LinkBacksBeen putting some braiding on a PSU and needed to remove the Molex plugs to get it to stretch over. When connecting the plugs back up it's hard to tell which black cable is which, does it matter ?

The only reason there's two is to handle more current - they're common by name, common by nature, so don't worry about which way around they go.
