Using Akasa Eclipse 62 case for an i7 930 overclock?

My current system is an Athlon 64 X2 3800+ in a Akasa Eclipse 62 (version 1) case (Scan website Product.aspx?WebProductID=137809)

I'm wanting to reuse the case in an overclocked i930 build (hopefully to 3.8 Ghz) using the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R motherboard, 6GB (3x2GB) Corsair XMS3, DDR3 PC3-12800 (1600) and Prolimatech Megahalems Super 6 Heatpipe cooler with fan.

The Akasa Eclipse 62 case is a version 1 original and not the version 2. I'm using 2 case fans, front (intake) and rear (exhaust).

Is it worth sticking with this case as it should be large enough for the Megahalems cooler or would I be better getting a Antec 900 or 1200?
The only major difference I can see in the Antecs is that the PSU is at the bottom instead of the top and perhaps better cable management and tool less hard disk mounting.

Any advice would be appreciated, as from googling I can't find anyone using this case for i7 builds as the case is quite old nowadays.
