    Plexi Glass

I want to cut a window in my case of my shuttle but iam not sure if i want to use plexi glass or wire mesh. Plexi Glass generates alot of static. I dont want to put it to my case and have it generating all kinds of static electricity. And can you cut thru plexi glass with a dremel? i know some people have cut blow hows with dremels but i dont know if i have a steady enough have to atempt this, and since i paid $50 bucks for my dremel i dont know if i want to go out and spend another $50+ dollars on a drill plus attachments.

As long as you keep the rotation speed minimal, and take your time with it - perhaps using a metal ruler as a guideline, your dremel will work fine with plexiglass/acryllic

I suppose a jigsaw + clamp combo would be ideal, but as long as you don't rush yourself, you won't get any problems.

dremel will be fine, just cut way inside of where you want the cut to be if you're really unsteady and file down to where you need it.
