Best tool for cutting a steel case?

Yep - For large area's = Jigsaw
For tidying up afterwards & blowholes etc - Dremel.

For dremeling - ONLY get the reinforced cutting blades.
They cut through it twice as fast and last 5 times longer.
Really are akward if not using reinforced ones.

Looking good on the window though - I usually use Silicone Sealant for the window... Less likely to crack when moving the case side about.
(As dried epoxy will be very rigid)

i agree with cjs150, i used a jigsaw to cut a blowhole as i didn't have a holesaw nearby and I was in a rush. Dispite my best efforts at clamping it really messed up the metal, thought it wasn't too far gone, a grinder smoothed it reasonably well, though my hole's a few mil bigger than planned now.
