    Halo 3 legendary edition - Xbox 360 - NICE!

Bungie has just officially released the first pack shot of the legendary edition, although it has been around the web for a while.

If you haven't already seen it, take a look at this baby!

It's sad to admit but I was kinda hoping I'd be able to wear the helmet!

Alas, that isn't the case. It's only big enough to cover the DVDs, not big enough to wear. Still, it looks nice!

Seems just a little OTT to me

Any word on what extras there will actually be other than the case? Hope it's more than a 'making of' documentary.

I'll just be getting the plain boxed game methinks all these uber, extra special, ultra, hyper-mega box sets just annoy me at the end of the day... takes up more space than it should and normally makes the game alot hard to get into when you actually feel like playing it, not to mention the higher price.

If it comes with extras such as bonus content or making of DVD's then all is well if you like that sort of thing (I never bother, its the same with DVD's)

I'm with Dooms on this one, I never get the special editions either. Same applies to DVDs, the extra discs rarely if ever get used by me.

I would have bought it had the helmet been wearable mind you.
