R-Type Final hidden ship with cool DNA looking laser?

I haven’t played R-Type Final for quite some time now, as I lost interest after having unlocked more than half of the hidden ships, but recently I saw this screen shot that intrigued my interest again.

This ship with the cool DNA looking laser, I was wondering what’s the name of the ship and exactly what events have to take place to unlock it?

havent plyed this version but i do love r-type, maybe this will help although i've seen you post this question elsewhere so you've problably seen this faq

Not this specific FAQ, thanks.
As I've read so far, you need to unlock quite a few stuff before you get the DX series of ships that fire that specific laser.
And since I'm at very lazy point in life at the moment, that doesn't help much...

As I've read that ship is the R-9A3 "Lady Love." The easiest way to unlock it, is to enter the passcode 5270 0725 (in the JP version it's 4170 4170) in the R Museum on the space to the right of the R-9A2 Delta.

I have the Euro PAL version of R-Type Final, will the pass code 5270 0725 work?

So, I managed to complete R-Type Final (Euro PAL).
I played through all 5 variations of level 2, unlocked level 3.5, completed all 3 versions of level 6 which lead to the 3 alternative Bosses & endings and unlocked 22/99 ships (Including Lady Love ship).

But all 3 three endings are minimal.

1. After you beat the Bydo Boss in Stage F-A, it just shows your ship in a rotating camera inside a dark brown tunnel while the credits roll down.

2. Once you defeat R-9A Arrowhead Boss in Stage F-A, it only shows your ship flying away.

3. And finally after you complete Stage F-C ”Wherever”, it just says welcome to the 26th century!

I don't understand, was the pilot supposed to have traveled back in time from the 26th to the 22nd century to fight off the Bydo?
Weird and poorly scripted storyline!

Where is my cool FMV ending and nicely orchestrated epic music?
This is supposed to be their last game after all!

The game is just an excuse to have a shed-load of ships to unlock (I've unlocked about 60-70 odd ships so far. I go back to it every couple of months or so to try and unlock some more).

The story is non-existent - your a pilot for the humans, you need to kill the Bydo... Job done. But then again who expects a story on a shoot-em-up.

You need the guide from game faqs printed out though so you can tick off which ships you've unlocked and can see which ships you need to unlock the other ships as the "need X mins flight time in level L using ship Y to unlock ship Z" gets confusing after the 20th ship or so.

Actually it turns out that the story was a lot deeper, darker and more sinister than most 2D Shoot Em Up!

Deep (and slightly confusing), but not very well explained in the game.

I'm just playing to try and get all the unlockables unlocked. I find the different ship/force designs interesting.
