Uncharted: Drakes fortune

After playing the demo i was left wanting more so after finding out that it's actually released in the us on the 19th, i found an ebay shop with 1 us copy for the 19th pre-release which was £32, so i brought it YAY, so i cant wait until monday (probably tuesday recieve it).
Was going to order it from movietyme but it could take a little longer for it to get throught the post, so lucky enough there was a copy on ebay. Anyways cant wait to play the full game.
I think the demo was good especially the cover system and it looks beautiful..

Bloody loving it, what a superb game. Graphically its very impressive, beautiful jungles, very fluid animation. Gameplay is spot on as well with the stolen gears of war cover system, there's not alot i can fault at the moment. Im right into the story which again is superb, can wait till tonight to carry on. Sorry im not a half decent game reviewer but got a few mins free at work, hopefully try and write something more informal later. I would recommend buying this game asap.

Had a bash at the demo today. Amazing graphics, gameplay etc and once I finished the demo I wanted more. At last a decent PS3 game.

It's going on my xmas list now.....

Finished it over the weekend and loved every minute. Real good story from start to finish. I'm really likeing the rewards for medals and treasures, there is a hero's and villans list you can unlock and play through the game as different characters also all weapons can be unlocked so you can start the game with any weapon as well as fancy graphical changes you can make, but i really think the mirror mode is genius, it flips the game world around so you can play through the whole game in mirror mode which make the levels feel fresh and new!!!

It seems that the ps3 exclusive games are really shining through, funny that most of the xbox ports are crap!!

Finally a good game for the ps3!

So far its a bit lack luster, as a launch title went resistance fall of man was great, motorstorm was an OK game, ratchet and crank as awsome, and now uncharted....

At last a good game just for the ps3, makes me feal less like i wasted my money!

This is definitely one of my favourite games on any platform for a long while. I was expecting a decent Tomb Raider clone... but it's really so much more.

I was surprised at how good the acting/story was. The combat was great fun and I actually looked forward to it as much as the jumpy/puzzle bits. It has a decent set of achievments too and I'm enjoying replaying it (something I hardly do with games these days, mainly down to lack of time). I even found the unlockable 'Making Of' featurettes interesting.

the production values on the making of are actually higher than many a game out on the market.

Now please, sony, i beg of you, remeber what made the PS1 cool? Wipeout? So, get the chemical brothers et al together, and re-make wipeout for the high def people

My copy should be with me this week. Played the demo through again in anticipation. Friends/family that we have had over recently have been blown away on how good this is as well.

I promise you, the demo really does'nt do this game justice, just wait until the opening movie and then the journey begins!! Your going to love it.
