    Nintendo ds lite screen calibration

when i do text chat or try to select symbol/uk keyboard and use stylus to do drawings its not accurate. i tried screen calibration but it keeps asking me to press on the sqaure dots forever but confirm button is at the bottom? is that what meant to happen? or means screens is messed but during selecting icons, etc seems ok ??

Use the stylus, and tap the red square that appears on the screen. Do this each time the square moves.

You must touch the red square precisely at each of the three positions, otherwise the test will continue to re-start.
If the above steps did not help, there is a problem with the system and it will need to be repaired. Click here for repair options, and select "Continue" to set up a repair.

When complete, four squares will appear, allowing users to test the touch screen sensitivity. (Testing is optional.) Tap the "Confirm" button in the lower-right corner.

i never get to the second paragraph stage?
