PS3 card details

My debit/credit card has expired so I am unable to buy/download any games from the playstaion store.

Im not too sure where to find the details, I think its in account management, but when I enter my password there it does not recognise it (unless I got it wrong password which seems unlikely).

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
