Only to another 360 I believe.
You can use the 360 webcam on a PC but I guess you already know that.

Didn't know you could use it on PC, I don't know much about xb360, we got one for our son and are looking at the options that you can use it for other than games.Originally Posted by Trash Man
They make pretty decent media centres. You can steam video, music and photos from the home computer through the 360 or off a USB memory stick. They also play DVD's

Doesn't seem to work with Divx files, kinda silly. Anyway round this?
Also streaming photos and videos seems slow and not all that good quality compared to using the usb port on our samsung DVD player.
I don't like the media centre that microsoft have. I wish they would create more skins or layouts. Its all too simple and slow.
Reminds me alot of BT Vision
Give TVersity a bash. You should be able to play most thing on your 360 through that.

My 360 plays Divx, have you downloaded the optional media update? Could be the cause.
