PS3 wireless controller.

I have been thinking of buying a ps3 for a while now, and I now have the funds to do so. My only concern is the wireless controller that operates on a 2,4ghz frequency!! Not long ago I had an issue with my mx revolution mouse and the wireless connection to my pc (wireless connection to the pc kept dropping out) In the end had to remove the mx revolution and the issue was resolved.

My setup will be two monitors (one for pc, and one for ps3) side by side with the pc underneath the desk, and the ps3 sitting close by! Now i'm 60% sure the wireless controller will cause some problems with the wireless signal. Has anyone got a similar setup where their ps3 (+ wireless controller), are used in close proximity to the pc receiving the wireless signal???

I may have to buy a wired controller from somewhere if they still sell them.

PS3 remotes work over bluetooth. You can also use them hard wired with a USB cable if you want.

I have an xbox 360 too will that be a problem? It has a wireless controller.

Can't comment really as I don't have one. However, I know at least one friend who has Xbox, Ps3 and a Wii, side by side and hasn't complained about any interferrance issues

My friend brought his xbox 360 over once, and I noticed no interfernce with my PS3
