UPS Returns Label........ Quick Question

Sorry this has probably been asked a million times but i cant find a definative answer.
My Xbox has RROD'd I have reported it online and got sent the UPS delivery notice that says click here to Retrieve Your UPS Returns Label - I click it and Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link - What do I do next? Does it take awhile for the link to become active?

If you can't click it tommorow (it might be an error of the site), try calling them again and see what they say, perhaps they can get UPS to bring a label with them.

When you say them who do you mean Micosoft or UPS Im a bit confused.
I did this online and its been a bit of a pain in the backside everyone else seems to have no trouble with it most annoying

I would suggest you need to ask MS if they can suggest to UPS to print a label off and bring it with them, it doesn't sound impossible but it would depend if UPS will do this for them.

Failing that, email the link to a friend/family members computer, and try the link from there, perhaps its an issue with your system/browser.

Cheers again. I sorted it in the end I had to change a bit of the link from %3D to = and it worked no idea why
