Do you need the original GTA IV game to play this expansion?

The disc that features Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony? Yup it works as a standalone game, you don't get all of GTA IV's radio content due to DRM issues though.
Thanks Knoxy. Just wondering as I see XBox bundles being sold with it. So you dont get any radio content or just a little bit?
From what I read in previews online last week it would have cost too much to relicense everything from GTA 4 for the new disc so it was only going to feature the radio content from Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony plus the exclusive Vice City FM station, I've just had a quick browse of IGN's review amongst a few others though and I can't find any mention of it lacking radio stations in reviews so maybe they got their act together and sorted it out....
The standalone disc has all the radio stations I think. No obvious omissions so far anyway. Vice City Fernando is making me smirk and Laslo is back too apparently. I'm trying to resist the temptation of getting stuck in to TBOGT before I clock TLATD.
I still miss the dance station Sunrise from GTA3 though
May have to pick this up as I traded my GTA IV in after completing it and never got to play the Lost and the Damned.
Where is the cheapest place to get this at the moment?
"This place is off the hook!!!!" Ahem... Yeah, loved it too, as they had a few nice trance melodies on there...
Anyway, if its standalone, then I might give it a shot... Never got round to finishing GTAIV on PC and now have an xbox, so been pondering picking it up on that.
