My mother bought a storage unit at an auction. As we where cleaning it out we came across this little grey game pak (Gameboy Advanced), game card (DS). From first glance I knew it was an adapter of some kind. Upon further examination I found no real markings on the plastic. I have the DSi XL so I couldn't test it out.
I have done some extensive searching using any and all the search terms I can think up to describe it. I even brought it up to gamestop to ask one of the employee's if they knew what it was. (Long story short; they had no idea.)
I assume it is some sort of Gameboy Advanced adapter for the original DS. Then I can't figure out why an adapter for the DS would include a spot for a DS game when it wasn't obscuring the original game location. I came up with the Idea that it might be for the GameBoy Advanced SP. The thought there was that the USB Mini port on it was a charger spot. (I never had one and thought the charger for the SP was next to the game port.) Then why would they have a DS Game slot.
I didn't notice any rules about posting pictures. So this is what the adapter looks like:
If there is a rule on posting pictures that I missed I apologize and will promptly remove them if I need to.
