    Xbox One and playing media files

    I saw in one of the console updates a few weeks ago that Xbox One will now play videos from a USB drive. Fantastic, I was waiting for his. A few questions though;

    - What formatting does a USB drive have to be? (NTFS? FAT32?)
    - Which files are supported (MKV/MP4/WMV/JPG/AAC/DTS etc?)
    - How do you exactly get to the app (?) for managing the files?
    This hot girl came over to myspace last night, she twittered my yahoo till I
    googled all over her facebook. Ask Jeeves...

    Re: Xbox One and playing media files

    I've seen people talking about streaming mkv via dlna/plex service over a network no other info yet.

    I've just found a feedback thread on the xbox.com forums, some asking for mp4/wmv/mkv support and others asking for DLNA support.. but can't find much else at the moment.

    The August update with 3D Blu ray support might spill the beans.

    I've not done my research on this yet... but surely NTFS must be supported? Isnt there a 4GB file size limit with FAT32? It would really suck if NTFS isnt supported. Many .mkv files are quite large in file size...
