So - no thread on this, I am quite surprised. I played the Beta and really enjoyed it.
Any of you lot gonna buy it?
I didn't get to play the beta but it's looking great so far. Will wait for release / feedback from friends before deciding.
Will see how it turns out and how much the price drops to in about 6 months, perhaps.
I'm not massively into FPSes or online PvP, mainly as I tend to suck at them.
Sounds interesting, though.
I've got it, love it just as much as (well more than) the beta.
My main problem is that I seem to have bought the wrong console..all my mates decided to shun my XBO purchase and went for a PS4 instead this time around..AFTER I made my purchase
So how about a Hexus guild? In the absence of any kind of "raid finder" type mechanic for raiding with people you don't know, it would be a cool way to experience the end game content when we get there in a few weeks My gamertag is "Spud211" if anyone wants to add me for some Destiny fun, and if enough interest we can create a guild...
Id like to pick it up if it comes out on PC. Havent seen any news about that though...Just sold my xbox too, so nmay have to wait a while.
Best
AJ
Its a real grind after level 20 to get the decent enough gear to do the higher level raids
I know this is a bit of an old thread, but thought maybe bumping this would be better than creating a whole new one.
Does anyone still play this.
I've been ambling along since I've got the game and now with the new expansion, I'm looking for some players to game with - Mainly for the weekly nightfall strikes and perhaps a few raids
My Xbox 360 Gamertag is EconomyGalaxy92 if you want to add me
(Apologies if there was a thread dedicated to this, I couldn't find one when I searched)
I have to say i think its the best game for xb1 gta is good too but for me destiny takes it
I am not a hardcore gamer, but i love this game and the raids
I'd give this game a try but I'm waiting for a PC release, if they'll ever make a PC port is anyone's guess. It was also quite odd reading about how they've removed Peter Dinklage's voice due to fan requests.
Not true actually, this was the reason people were speculating (although I thought he was great, the new guy Nolan doesn't have as much enthusiasm), They actually got rid of him due to his availability, Bungie are making content so quick and changing so may things they needed someone to be available at the drop of a hat, with Dinklage being in that little thing called game of thrones his availability was being less and less.
I think bungie lost their way a little in halo 2 (I think this was the last pc release they had) and since they moved to xbox 360 with halo3 they never really looked back.
Halo 2's PC release was to help push the sales of Windows Vista and subscriptions of the now dead Games for Windows Live. Any future of Halo PC releases will most likely be in the hands of 343 industries and Microsoft.
But you never know about Bungies Destiny, we may see it on PC one day.
