In a Geekwire discussion Phil Spencer is asked if XBox One can catch up with Sony's PS4:

"You know, I don't know. You know, the length of the generation... They [Sony] have a huge lead and they have a great product. I love the content, the games line-up that we have," said Spencer.



Phil comes across well.. honest and a gamer at heart. If Phil stays at the helm of Xbox, then goods things will happen in time I believe.
