Hi,
I'm using more and more devices with AA batteries in them. The highest capacity ones I can find are 2700mAH.
Does anyone know of any higher capacity ones? I'm sure I've seen 3200mAH ones somewhere.
Cheers....

Didn't know you could get 3200mah AAs. Never seen these in the likes of Maplin.
They're 1.2V rather than 1.5V - don't try anything like a digital camera with them! I'm sure they'd run your remote for years though...
I'd go for quality ones rather than ones with big numbers, I've got energizer 2500mAH AAs for my Wii remotes/keyboard+mouse.
Most secondary cells (NiMH and NiCd) are 1.2V (Li* types are 3V+) and DigiCams run on them very well. Actually, a camera on alkaline cells (1.5V) will not last long and the cells will soon be down to 1.2V on load.
The Eneloop cells, although only 2000mAh, will hold charge for a year or more (last week, a friend put a new battery (4 cells) in her Olympus and there was just enough energy to retract the lens! It had been charged then left for a few months).

I bought loads off scan when ever they have it on special. 1.2 volts and works fine in digital cameras and seems to last ages in my flash gun.
