    Terminator Models

There was some confusion of what model Terminator the 'Arnie' version are. There is actually a mistake in T3 about this! It shouldnt have been made to be honest!

Terminator is a Cyberdyne Systems Series 800 Model 101, also referred to as a T-800 (in this film he's a T-850). "T-101" is a bastardized combination of model and series numbers, and is inconsistent with what appears in both other films. 800 and 101 are both numbers that refer to the "Arnold" terminator (model and series, respectively). But the "T" prefix is supposed to be followed by the model number (800), not the series (101). It's like referring to a Ford F-150 STX as an "F-STX." Even if what is meant can be inferred, it is a technical error, the kind the terminator would never make (especially in referring to itself).

Basically, Arnie is a T-800 (or T-850 in T3) and in the film he calls himself a T-101 which is incorrect.

I think all of the 'Arnie' Terminators are Model 101. But he still shouldnt refer to himself as a T-101 because its just incorrect!

    He is a T-800 Model 101

This sort of thing always confuses me, how can you say for sure Mojo?, its not like film is factual. Its not like it actually happened. Its not like me saying the tanks in A bridge too far are actually King Tigers, as they aren't, its historical fact.

But with films how can you justify this?.

Not having a good just interesting in your answer.

    Thanks

Well I obviously don't know for sure, but I didnt write that stuff! Thats taken from a site.

But the Terminator films are just conradicting themselves with this! Its not a big deal, its just he cant be a T-101, thats not the way it works. He is a T-800 - thats what they are called.

    Now I'm confused.

Yes, he is an upgraded Series.

    T1 and T2 he is a T-800

In T3 he is a T-850. Still having no affect on the Model 101.
