    Congrats on your purchase & have fun.
    2 of the beauties of digital over film are instant feedback & bad shots don't cost you anything as you just delete them
    So get out & practice, practice, practice.

    oh no, bad shots are keepers aswell.. you can always come back to them later and learn from them.. or in some cases they might not be as bad as you thought.

    depends how bad ... if I can tell on the rear screen that it's oof/blurry etc. it will only look worse on a PC screen. Hopefully I realise the error of my ways at the time so don't need them to come back to.
    If it looks OK on the rear screen it may still not be great when I get back & view it on the PC but some may be salvageable.

    I'm reminded of when my step-mum asked me to "sharpen a photo up a bit" - it was so blurry, i actually couldn't tell that who the people were (and one was my brother apparently)!
