whats the name of the character that has quite a high pitched voice and generally sounds worried about everything?
Like one sketch he goes on about how sometimes these men come and take the bags from outside his house (they are bin men, but he doesn't know that)
i know the guy, you're talking about, he's played by paul whitehouse but i don't know his name. i'm on the search now!
:edit: wow, this is a lot harder to find, then i expected. i must go to work now, but he definitely is played by paul whitehouse, i can see the picture in my head now, and if i remember correctly in another sketch he goe's on about how they rushed his wife to hospital and she had a little person climb out of her, and now he doesn't want to go inside the house, so he's sleeping outside. argh! i can't remember his name, if he even had a name that is? anyway, i must go off to work now.

ahh, I wasnt sure who it was played by, just heard it on a harry enfield cassette thing ages ago
[ultra high pitch voice]...........and there's a high pitched ringing , a ringing in my ears, and then I picked up this plastic thing and the ringing stopped, but they as I held it to my head,, I had voices, voices in my head and then the female person I live with, she had a big lump in her tummy, and then a little person fell out, and the little person is taking all her time and I dont like the little person.....[/ultra high pitch voice]

It is. He wears a bobble-hat and grey coat, and talks in a high pitched voice, with a constant look of amazment on his face.
one of the best sketchs ever.....loved it
